Situated on the tip of Palm Beach in Cannes, this duplex apartment with exceptional sea views has been completely redesigned by our teams. The architects completely rebuilt the roof and the top floor, before refurbishing the rest of the apartment.

Attention to volume, the connection between spaces, light and proportion were essential in creating the desired aesthetic. The architects spent a great deal of time recomposing perspectives to ensure every single one of the four bedrooms and all the living spaces were gifted with sea views.
In the custom-designed kitchen, the base units are equipped with retractable taps and combined with a glass splashback, offering an exceptional view. In the living area, a walnut wall opening from the living area frames the view, with a telescopic television sliding down into the wall to give way to views of the Sainte Marguerite Island & the Cap d’Antibes. Luminous materials such as light stone, natural walnut and white lacquered doors were used for the interiors, along with custom furnishings and fixtures that give the apartment a boat-like appearance.
