The 5/7 is a commercial building in Cannes that owes its name to its address at 5/7 Oran Street. It is composed of a commercial space on the ground floor, and four floors of offices, where the head office of our agency is located.

The classic style of the architecture pays homage to the iconic buildings of Cannes and the Provence region such as the Forville Market.
The façade is enhanced by large minimalistic windows that create an eye-catching contrast. The strong, atypical terracotta colour of the entire façade is also a striking design feature. The architectural concept and aesthetic of the building are a contemporary reinterpretation of classical codes. The interiors are contrasted by the mix of the single-material rawness of sanded concrete and the softness of rounded angles and detailed moldings and terrazzo floors.
