The architectural directive for the new program is to breathe new life into the building and reconnect with its long-standing prestige.

The idea is to harmonize the building with its surroundings while preserving and enhancing existing areas. Under the Palm Beach renaissance project, the complex will be remodeled into a premium entertainment venue covering over 23,000 sqm. The program will include the creation of a large events hall, premium restaurants, and clubs (such as Zuma, La Petite Maison, Medusa, Gotha, Nusr-Et and many more), a luxury shopping mall as well as a new beach (Namos).

The new project includes a spa as well as the reconstruction of the building’s legendary seawater lido, made iconic by the floating money scenes from Henri Verneuil's 1963 film “Any Number Can Win”, starring Alain Delon.

The Palm Beach will be one of the largest luxury complexes in the Mediterranean. The project will modernize the building while preserving its original Hispano-Moorish and Art-Deco soul.
